The Return and Refund policy is if bows are handmade they can only be returned if there is a defect that happend within the first 30 days of buying. If after the first 30 days an exchange for another like bow can be mailed. If bows were hand made for a special occasion and it is after the first 30 days of buying please email me for more infomation about your situation.
